Girl Found Safe After Going Missing In North Austin
Isio Agiri, 11, had last been seen Thursday at a parking lot along North Interstate 35 before being found safe and reunited with family.
AUSTIN, TX — An Austin girl who had been the subject of a search after she went missing on Thursday afternoon was found safe, police said late Thursday.
Isio Agiri, 11, had last been seen at around 4 p.m. at a shopping center parking lot located along the service road on 12901 N. Interstate 35 northbound, police said in a press advisory. Unspecified conditions heightened concern for the girl's welfare, police added in a press advisory released at around 10:15 p.m.
Just before 11:30 p.m., police updated the public via Twitter in alerting the girl had been found safe, and was reunited with her family.

AUSTIN, TX — Police late Thursday sought help from the public in locating a missing girl last seen in a North Austin shopping center parking lot.

Isio Agiri, 11, was last seen at around 4 p.m. at a lot located along the service road on 12901 N. Interstate 35 northbound, police said in a press advisory. "There are conditions that create a concern for Isio's welfare," police said without providing details in a press advisory released just before 10:15 p.m. on Thursday.
Police said the incident was reported to them at 6:18 p.m., some two hours after the girl's disappearance. She is described as being four feet, six inches in heights and 55 pounds in weight with a thin build, short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red, collared school uniform shirt, a blue zip-up hoodie and blue or khaki pants.
Anyone with information on the girl's whereabouts should call 9-1-1, police said. Tips also can be submitted by downloading the Austin Police Department mobile app, Austin PD, for free on iphone and Android.
