PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Oregon-based Black Rock Coffee Bar has expanded into the Lone Star State with three new locations in the Austin area — including a location in Pflugerville — officials said in a press advisory.

Jon Switzer with JLL represented Black Rock Coffee Bar in locating a 1,887-square-foot store at Gattis School and SH 130 in Pflugerville with a scheduled opening by January 2020. Other stores include:

  • A 1,900-square-foot store at William Cannon and Southwest Parkway in Austin with a planned opening is November 2019.
  • A 1,900-square-foot store on FM 620 and Smyers Lane at the Point at 620 in Round Rock. Planned opening is summer 2020.

“These locations were selected in part to each area’s projected growth, providing them the greatest opportunity to serve the fastest growing neighborhoods in Austin,” Switzer said in a prepared statement.
