Pedestrian Killed In North Austin Identified By Police
According to a police advisory, the pedestrian was in the 14700 block of FM 1825 when he was struck by a black, 2015 Toyota Camry.
AUSTIN, TX — Police on Tuesday identified the pedestrian who was killed in late December at a North Austin roadway.
According to a police advisory, the pedestrian was in the 14700 block of FM 1825 when he was struck by a black, 2015 Toyota Camry. A nurse who was in a nearby vehicle administered CPR to not avail, police said, as the man died at the scene. He was identified as 43-year-old Derrick Dewayne Wooley.
Police noted the driver of the Toyota remained on scene to cooperate with investigatos, and no charges are expected to be filed.
