Family Offering Reward In Year Old Killing Of Pflugerville Woman

A year after Sharon Selman's death, her family is offering a $25,000 reward to anyone with information that could lead to an arrest.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — A year after the fatal shooting of Sharon Selman, Pflugerville police and Selman's family are offering a $25,000 reward to anyone with information that could lead to her killer.

Police announced Wednesday the department has worked with Selman's daughter, Lakeshia Craft, to put together a video asking the public for more information about the fatal shooting.

On March 31, 2020, Selman, 51, left her home at the Century Stone Hill apartment complex, at 1225 Town Center Drive, for her morning jog, officials said.

That morning, Pflugerville police responded to a call of shots fired in the 1200 block of Town Center Drive at 7:13 a.m. When police arrived, they found Selman dead from an apparent gunshot.

A year later, no suspects have been arrested and the case has gone unsolved.

The video released Wednesday features Craft describing her close relationship with Selman and how her family continues to seek answers and justice for her mother.

"To whomever did this, we are going to find you," Craft said. "We are going to find out who you are, and you're not going to get away with this ...As long as I'm alive, we are going to do everything we can to find you and put you behind bars."

Craft said the family is offering a $25,000 reward for information that could lead to an arrest and conviction. Capital Area Crime Stoppers is also offering a $1,000 reward.

Police released a new sketch of the suspected shooter. The person is seen wearing a light-grey hoodie wearing a white painter's mask.
