Texas DPS Seeks Suspect For Hit And Run Of Pflugerville Woman
DPS is seeking the public's help for information on a driver that struck and killed a 20-year-old woman early Friday morning.
AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help for information on a driver that struck and killed a 20-year-old woman early Friday morning in Pflugerville.
The unidentified driver hit a pedestrian around 3:20 a.m. Friday near the 14300 block of Dessau Road. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said Saturday.
The pedestrian was later identified as Alyssa Gonzalez of Pflugerville.

Officials said witnesses described the suspect’s vehicle as a black or dark colored Buick passenger vehicle. The vehicle may have heavy front end damage to the grill and bumper, police say.
DPS said the driver was heading northbound on the street in the outside lane and fled the scene after the crash, failing to render aid to the woman.
