Typhoon Texas Kicks Off Summer Season Memorial Day Weekend
Typhoon Texas in Pflugerville will kick off its waterpark season with a three-day Welcome Back Beach Bash Memorial Day Weekend.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Get ready for summer! Typhoon Texas will kick off its waterpark season with a three-day Welcome Back Beach Bash Memorial Day Weekend.
The bash will kick off Saturday and will continue through Monday with live music, in-park entertainment and family-friendly activities, officials announced Tuesday.
Typhoon Texas will open its high-speed tube slides, free-fall body slides, Texas-sized wave pool, winding lazy river and four-story children’s Gully Washer Saturday through Labor Day Weekend.

The waterpark will be open 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Daily admission (online) starts at $29.99, choose-your-day tickets are as low as $21.95 and season passes are $64.99.
Those who grab season passes, will enjoy unlimited entry into the Typhoon Texas waterparks in Austin and Houston in addition to 15 percent off food, non-alcoholic drinks, fast passes, cabana rentals and retail purchases.

Season pass holders will also receive a cashless pay wristband, discount coupons for in-park purchases and a discounted 2021 any-day guest ticket. Season passes and tickets are available online at Typhoon Texas' website or at the amusement park's ticket window.
The water park's popular attractions include the Duelin’ Daltons, five exhilarating slides with tight, winding turns, dark tunnels and free-fall experiences including two, seven-story open-air drop slides; the Snake Pit, which offers three slides that twist in and out of the sunlight and darkness; and the Lone Star Racers, which provides a headfirst racing waterslide experience for thrill seekers of all ages.
Families can also enjoy the waves of Tidal Wave Bay, the Lazy-T River and the Howdy Hollow activity pool with basketball, interactive water features and a water walkway cargo crawl, officials said.
