Deer Park ISD Looking for College Students to Tutor
Deer Park ISD is looking for college students to tutor struggling junior high and high school students.

DEER PARK, TX — The cliche of the broke college student may be overdone, but it's a cliche for a reason. Deer Park ISD wants to help college students be a little less broke.
The school district is looking college students to serve as tutors to junior high and high school students who need help in math, science, social studies and English. Experience in AP, pre-AP, honors and or/dual credit courses is preferred.
The gig starts out paying $12 an hour, with increases for tutors who stay on for a second semester. The hours are flexible, but the job does require availability between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hours will vary by location.
