Ex-Maintenance Man Accused Of Sexual Assault Of Elderly Woman
Omar Reyes is accused of sexually assaulting a 79-year-old woman at the Baybrook Park Retirement Center in Webster.
WEBSTER, TX — A former maintenance man at the Baybrook Park Retirement Center is accused of sexually assaulting a 79-year-old resident at the facility. Omar Reyes, who has been employed at the facility for eight years, was arrested on May 24 after he was accused of sexually assaulting the woman.
He was later freed on a $30,000 bond, officials said.
According to a KTRK report, the woman reported the rape to staff members on May 17, and the staff announced that day that Reyes was on leave.

Officials at the facility said Reyes was later fired. According to police in Webster, there have been several complaints against Reyes and that many residents were forced to leave the complex because of his behavior.
The Baybrook Park Retirement Center is owned by the Harris County Housing Authority and managed by a private company.
