Exxon Refinery Fire: 37 Treated For Injuries
Exxon said its fire time is working to extinguish the blaze.

BAYTOWN, TX — A shelter-in-place order has been lifted and just over three dozen people were treated for injuries following a fire at the Exxon refinery in Baytown, according to officials and news reports.
KHOU reported that 37 people were treated for non-life threatening injuries, including some who suffered first-degree burns.
Officials said the order was issued out of an abundance of caution and was for areas west of the plant and south of 330. According to Baytown city officials, the fire was in the unit that contains polypropylene materia.

Harris County pollution control is responding to the fire and is collecting real-time air quality information. Exxon's industrial hygiene staff is also on scene.
