Friendswood Independent School District Calendar 2018-19

PASADENA, TX — The Friendswood Independent School District is already in session and has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

August

• 8/15: First Day of School

September

• 9/3: No School (Labor Day)
• 9/24: No School (Professional Development Day)

October

• 10/22: No School (Professional Development Day)

November

• 11/16: No School (Professional Development Day)
• 11/19 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/21: Early Dismissal
• 12/24 - 12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1 - 1/7: No School (Winter Break)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)

March

• 3/11 - 3/15: No School (Spring Break)

April

• 4/19 - 4/22: No School (Easter Break)

May

• 5/23: Early Dismissal/ Last Day of School
