Galena Park Holding Back to School Health

GALENA PARK, TX — The city of Galena Park is teeming up with ABC Dental to hold a back to school health fair on Saturday, Aug. 20.

The event will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Alvin D. Bagget Community Center at Galena Park City Park, 1302 Keene St., in Galena Park.

Certified health professionals will be performing a variety of health and dental screenings including vision, blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose exams.

Backpacks filled with donated school supplies will also be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Students must be present to receive backpacks.
