PASADENA, TX — Police are looking for a man who came into a Pasadena auto parts store at closing time and robbed the business. The incident happened on May 19 at the Auto Zone store in the 3600 block of Spencer Highway.

Police said a white male in his 20s came into the store as employees were closing up, and locked the door behind him.

Witnesses said the man then robbed the business. Police obtained still photos from store surveillance cameras, from a previous robbery committed in Houston by the same man.

He is described as a white male, possibly in his early to mid-20s, wearing a gray hoodie, dark shorts, and a black Nike brand baseball cap. He was also carrying a green backpack.

Officials said the man also had white medical tape around his fingers to avoid leaving fingerprints.

According to Pasadena Police detectives, he wore the same clothing in the Pasadena robbery as pictured here in eh Houston robbery. Anyone with any information is asked to call Detective Guerra at 713-475-7279.
