La Porte PD Cracks Meth Dealer Case in Four Days

In less than a working week, La Porte PD rounded up a trio of alleged meth dealers.

LA PORTE, PD — It took the boys in blue only four days to round up a trio of alleged meth dealers.

La Porte PD got a tip that Scott Bland, 28, was allegedly selling product out of a house in the 2800 block of East B. After a day of surveillance and undercover operations five-oh was able to determine that Xanax was also being sold out of the house on East B.

Within 48 hours, La Porte PD secured a search warrant and went to visit Bland. Once they got inside the house, the cops found what is being described as, " significant amounts" of meth and pot.

There was also drug paraphernalia just all over the house. When the cops raided the place they busted Bland, his girlfriend Christa Cunningham and James Herring. Cunningham, 26, went down with Bland for possession of everything the cops could find.

Herring, 25, was taken in for possessing Klonopin without a prescription.
