Construction begins early 2021! FEMA recently approved the City’s Phase 1 designs for road construction that will help to alleviate flooding in Pasadena. The total project will result in 25 miles of new drainage north of Spencer. Our engineers devised a plan that will redirect water away from homes and flow more quickly to storm sewers.
