Residential Repair Permits Waived

Mayor Jeff Wagner has approved a Departmental Permit Policy that will assist Pasadena residents with home repairs associated with Winter Storm Uri.

This policy change instructs the City of Pasadena Permit Department to waive permit fees for residential customers who need to make home repairs based on damage from the freeze that occurred between February 15-20. This will be in effect for 120 days from February 20, 2021.
