ZT Corporate And Altus Healthcare Acquire 6 Freestanding Clinics

HOUSTON, TX – Texas-based, private equity firm, ZT Corporate today announced that they completed the acquisition of six Neighbors Emergency Centers in the Greater Houston Area. The freestanding emergency centers were awarded to ZT Corporate and Altus Healthcare System on Sept. 12 after a 30-hour extensive bidding war where the two companies pulled the consortium together for the win.

The auction process was extremely competitive with multiple ambitious bidders in attendance. This acquisition expands the company’s health portfolio to include Neighbors facilities in Baytown, Pasadena, Crosby, Porter, Pearland and Kingwood.

ZT Corporate’s healthcare portfolio currently includes five freestanding Altus Health emergency centers in Texas, in addition to a network of hospitals, surgical centers and hospice care, including two hospitals within the Greater Houston area.
