Local NYLO Hotels Become Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Dallas-based Prism Hotels and Resorts announced today that the NYLO Irving/Las Colinas and NYLO Plano hotels that it assumed management of in July have been converted into Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotels. Prism Hotels and Resorts’ President and CEO Steve Van made the announcement.

The NYLO Irving/Las Colinas is located in Las Colinas, Texas and features 200 guest rooms, two outdoor pools and expansive meeting rooms. The hotel features the only ballroom in Las Colinas with natural light, and it is the only full-service Hilton hotel in Irving and Las Colinas as of December 2018. The hotel features a full-service restaurant and bar serving custom craft cocktails while offering live entertainment every Wednesday through Friday.

The NYLO Dallas Plano marries unique industrial design with modern comforts. It features a sauna, outdoor heated pool, and LOCL, a lively first-floor restaurant and bar. The hotel boasts loft-inspired guestrooms with several layout variations, allowing for unique accommodations to fit a variety of needs. There is also a complimentary shuttle within a 5-miles radius, complimentary meeting room Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffee maker in-room and a 24-hour fitness room with private showers.

The hotel transformed both physically and experientially throughout the conversion process. The renovation scope involved light exterior upgrades with more extensive alterations to the interior public spaces, guestrooms and guest baths. In addition, significant technology enhancements were implemented to embrace Hilton brand commitments, including a new electronic key lock system.

Prism worked closely with the expertise of JF Capital Advisors, which serves as strategic advisor to the owner, to lead the hotel through the conversion.
