Mom Catches Plano Man Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Her Girl
James De La Vega was babysitting three children when he was allegedly found performing a sex act on one of them.

PLANO, TX — A 50-year-old Plano man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after he was allegedly caught performing a sex act on a 3-year-old Tuesday night. James De La Vega was babysitting three children for two women on the 200 block of Pagoda Drive in Anna when the alleged incident occurred, the Dallas Morning News reported. De La Vega was allegedly caught in the act by the mothers when they had returned.
If convicted, De La Vega would face 25 years to life because of a 2007 Texas law that increased penalties in sexual-assault cases involving young victims, the Morning News added.
