Plano ISD: SEL Kindness Card 2020 Contest Winner & Finalists
The contest finalists and winner were recognized for excellence by the Plano ISD Board of Trustees at the February 2 meeting.

The contest finalists and winner were recognized for excellence by the Plano ISD Board of Trustees at the February 2 meeting. Students attended the recognition via Zoom and displayed their artwork for the trustees and viewing audience. Students finalists received $50 awards and the winner, Yaru Ding received a $100 award from the Plano Education Foundation. Find out more about the Education Foundation.

Beyond the monetary award, each finalists received a supply of note cards. These printed kindness cards featuring inspiring student artwork are used by the superintendent and board of trustees for district communications.
