Plano Shooting: 1 Dead, 3 Injured, Suspect Arrested
Police responded to a shooting call Thursday morning in the 7400 block of Alma Drive. An 18-year-old suspect has been arrested.

PLANO, TX — One person was killed and three others were injured in a shooting Thursday morning in Plano.
Police were called to the scene around 9:30 a.m., where the victims were found.
Police say the suspect, who knew the victims, fled on foot after allegedly shooting victims both inside and outside of a unit at the Cross Creek Apartment complex, KTVT reported.

DFW Scanner reported one person was taken to Medical City Plano with a gunshot wound to the face.
KDFW reported one gunshot victim also crashed a car in the apartment complex's parking lot.

Franklin Lee Barnes, 18, was arrested Thursday evening and faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He will likely face further charges, police say.
Update - Fatality reported at the scene. EMS is transporting at least one patient to Medical City Plano, gunshot wound to the face. Avoid this area. 7400 Alma Drive.
