Earth Day Festival In Round Rock Promotes Service And Awareness

Earth Day Festival 2021 in Round Rock is the second annual event inviting residents to help clean up the community, enjoy festivities, more.

ROUND ROCK, TX—The Round Rock community is invited to a morning celebrating the 2021 Earth Day Festival at the second annual event to promote awareness for the importance of caring for Earth and our surrounding natural environment. The free event is open to all ages, and there will be a wide variety of actives and services for the entire family to enjoy.

Scheduled Saturday, April 24 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., this year's festival will welcome attendees to help do some cleanup of the Old Settlers Park creek areas as the volunteer project. Participants will help clean up the creek, the park, and take part in other efforts to help the goal of beautifying and protecting the local green spaces.

The first 400 in attendance will receive a commemorative (free) Earth Day T-shirt. For more information, go to www.roundrocktexas.gov/earthdayfest.
