Multi-Vehicle Wreck Shuts Down I-35 In Round Rock
Traffic was diverted to the McNeil Road exit Thursday afternoon before the lanes started to open up by rush hour.

ROUND ROCK, TX — Southbound Interstate 35 lanes were closed on Thursday afternoon following a multi-vehicle wreck, officials said.
By rush hour, police started to reopen the lanes in the aftermath of the wreck.
Before that, traffic was diverted off the highway at the McNeil Road exit after the collision that occurred just before 4 p.m., Round Rock police said. Motorists were urged to seek alternative routes in reaching their destinations.

It's unclear what may have caused the wreck or if any injuries resulted. Patch will update when more details are known.
