PetSuites Round Rock Celebrates Grand Opening

Operators of this animal resort offer animal lovers a place to send their pets for some serious pampering.

ROUND ROCK, TX — A new resort recently opened in Round Rock, but it caters to only the furriest of clients. It's the new PetSuites, offering boarding, daycare and grooming services to pets.

PetSuites Round Rock at 1401 Louis Henna Blvd. also offers indoor and outdoor play areas, spacious suites and spa services designed to pamper pets, officials wrote in a press advisory. "PetSuites has been delighting pets and Pet Parents for nearly 20 years with trusted service, and is thrilled to bring the same level of commitment to Round Rock," officials added.

And to celebrate its grand opening, officials will offer customers a full month of unlimited daycare in exchange for a donation to an animal-focused charity. More on that later.

If travel plans can’t include furry friends, PetSuites Round Rock offers pets a luxurious vacation of their own, featuring expansive suites, plush bedding, room service according to their meal schedule, daily housekeeping, and upgraded luxury suites that include raised beds and personal TVs, company officials explained. Playtime activity packages, including daily photo updates, are available to keep pets entertained and keep Pet Parents in on the fun. Cat guests enjoy multi-level condos, complete with a cozy bed, privacy panels, room service according to their meal schedule, TVs, and daily housekeeping, officials added.

"Daycare at PetSuites Round Rock offers something to fit every pet’s personality, including social butterflies, who love to make friends, and guests who prefer more 'me time,' ” PetSuites wrote in a press advisory. "All day and half day play options are available in spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as pool parties in bone-shaped pools. There is also the option to end the day at the Spa, so dogs can have a blast playing with friends, then finish with a bath to head home with a fresh, clean look."

Grooming offerings include packages featuring “pawdicures,” blueberry facials, and professional dental hygiene treatments. And, Pet Parents with shedders will love the deluxe de-shedding service, officials said.

Playtime for a Purpose

In celebration of its grand opening, PetSuites Round Rock is partnering with Hounds for Heroes Service Dogs by The Dog Alliance, a local organization that provides service dogs for veterans with PTSD and mobility challenges, for a Playtime for a Purpose promotion. From Jan. 13 through Feb. 10, new customers receive one month of unlimited daycare (a $400 value) in exchange for a $25 donation to Hounds for Heroes Service Dogs by The Dog Alliance. PetSuites Round Rock will then match the donations for the first 100 customers ($2,500).

Throughout the campaign, Hounds for Heroes Service Dogs by The Dog Alliance will bring service dogs into daycare at PetSuites Round Rock, giving them the opportunity to socialize with other dogs which will, in turn, benefit the veterans.

“Philanthropy is something that’s not only very important to me, personally, but to PetSuites as a company," Brittany Ordner, general manager of PetSuites Round Rock, said in a prepared statement. "I’m grateful to be partnering with Hounds for Heroes Service Dogs by The Dog Alliance because its mission is one that’s near and dear to me. I hope this is the beginning of a longstanding relationship."

To redeem the offer, beginning on Jan. 13, contact PetSuites Round Rock and mention offer code GO25. The offer must be claimed by Feb. 10, and the pet’s first daycare visit must take place by Feb. 29. Yes, this is — appropriately given the current context conjuring up prancing animals — a leap year.
