Round Rock Church Hosts Special Events This Christmas Season

ROUND ROCK, TX — Christmas signals many things, among them is the opportunity for fellowship with friends and neighbors. For many, however, the holidays may produce mixed emotions including feelings of loneliness and isolation. Experts suggest ways to cope with seasonal sadness, including engaging in activities with others, planning ahead and perhaps connecting with friends or acquaintances, and involving oneself in opportunities to serve others.

Cityview Bible Church invites the community to one or all of the several Christmas events being held throughout December. Saturday, Dec. 7 from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.

RAD Respite Christmas: This is a free evening of respite for families of children with special needs. Fun activities, music, games, and crafts will be provided for the children while parents enjoy an evening of rest. Family registration begins on 11/7. Volunteer registration is open now. Saturday, Dec. 14 & Sunday, Dec. 15 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Christmas in Black & White: Join us on December 14 and December 15 for the Cityview Kids Christmas program! The play will include acting, singing, costumes, and a set design that will blow you away! More importantly, the Gospel presentation through song and acting will be extremely powerful. The name of the show is Christmas in Black and White and will feature a winter wonderland theme. High School Christmas Party: Invite your friends to come to our High School Christmas Party! Put on your tackiest Christmas sweater for a chance to win a prize and jingle all the way to Cityview for time with friends, fun, and a delicious s’mores buffet! In order to bless new moms and babies this Christmas, our students are collecting donations for the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in downtown Round Rock. Middle School Christmas Party: Invite your friends to come to our Middle School Christmas Party! Christmas at Cityview: At Cityview, you’ll feel welcomed into a friendly, casual environment where people are excited to experience life with God and each other!
