Round Rock Sex Offender Map Shows Homes To Avoid On Halloween

Round Rock has a dozen registered sex offenders living and/or working in the city, according to the state registry.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS — Before children go out trick-or-treating on Halloween, it's a good idea for parents to take inventory of who is living in the neighborhood. Round Rock has a dozen sex offenders living and/or working in town, according to the Texas sex offender registry.

A map of these offenders can be found below. The blue pins represent sex offender addresses, and tapping each pin will reveal the sex offender's name. More information on Texas sex offenders can be found at the Texas Department of Public Safety website.

Law enforcement officials stress it's illegal to use sex offender registration information to commit a crime, such as harassing an offender or vandalizing that person's home. The map is meant only to offer a guide as kids navigate the neighborhood in search of candy, knowing what homes to avoid.
