Waffle House To Build First Round Rock Location
Waffle House has purchased a 0.612-acre lot in the northeast corner of the A.W. Grimes Boulevard and Roundville Lane.
ROUND ROCK, TX — For the first time in the city's history, Waffle House is coming to Round Rock.
Waffle House has purchased a 0.612-acre lot in the northeast corner of the A.W. Grimes Boulevard and Roundville Lane, just south of SH 45 N, in Round Rock, Austin-based Evergreen Commercial Real Estate announced Thursday.
This would be the first location in Round Rock for the waffle chain, which has three locations in Austin.
