The San Antonio Police Department will prioritize calls and will respond based on risk assessment.

SAN ANTONIO (June 30, 2021) – The use of fireworks in the City of San Antonio is illegal and can result in a Class C Misdemeanor which can carry a fine of up to $2,000.

Please reserve calls to 911 for the event of an emergency. For other non-immediate threats, please call the Police Non-Emergency number at 210-207-7273. The San Antonio Police Department will prioritize calls and will respond based on risk assessment.

Residents are encouraged to visit one of the professional fireworks displays occurring throughout the city.
