Humana Looking To Fill Close to 50 National Phone Sales Positions

Positions will be housed in Humana's San Antonio call center located in the South Texas Medical Center

Leading health and well-being company Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) today announced it is hiring to fill close to 50 new full-time national phone sales positions in San Antonio.

The Telesales Agent positions will be based at Humana’s local Direct Marketing Services (DMS) call center, and will provide national phone sales and enrollment assistance for the company’s Medicare benefit plans and specialty products. These positions will also directly handle inquiries and provide guidance to help new and existing Humana Medicare Advantage members nationwide find benefit solutions to meet their needs.

These roles are being added in order to meet the demand of the annual Medicare open enrollment period, which runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, 2019. Humana is seeking to hire immediately, with starting dates ranging from May to July.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be available and willing to work any shift between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Central time including weekends. Bilingual candidates, including those who speak Spanish, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Polish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
