Juniper Communities Unveils Juniper Village Guadalupe Riverfront

Juniper Communities announces the addition of Juniper Village at Guadalupe Riverfront to its portfolio of managed and owned seniors housing communities, effective March, 2021. The community, based in Kerrville, TX, can provide professional care and support for 38 assisted living residents, 140 independent living residents, and has 64 skilled nursing beds. The community was formerly managed by Brookdale Senior Living. Nationally, Juniper ranks among the top 40 largest and most respected providers of seniors housing communities.

Situated in Kerrville, the official Capital of Texas Hill Country, the continuing care retirement community is situated on a 7-acre campus with spectacular views of the Guadalupe River, multiple courtyards, and plantation-style architecture. Juniper Village at Guadalupe Riverfront is located at 135 Plaza Drive, Kerrville, TX 78028 and is part of a broader expansion initiative that Juniper is rolling out in 2021.
