Man Posed As A Maintenance Worker To Allegedly Assault Woman
David Baldomero Rodriguez has been charged with aggravated sexual assault stemming from an incident in early July.

SAN ANTONIO, TX — Police have arrested a 28-year-old man who allegedly pretended to be a maintenance worker in order to enter a woman's San Antonio apartment and sexually assault her July 6. David Baldomero Rodriguez has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, TV station KSAT reported.
The victim claims that Rodriguez identified himself as a maintenance worker who needed to inspect a leak in her bathroom. The victim let Rodriguez inside and after sometime, found him in her bathroom with a stocking-like mask over his face, KSAT added. Rodriguez forced the woman to perform a sex act on him or else he would kill her.
The victim was able to identity Rodriguez days later. He was arrested Sunday, TV station KENS5 reported.
