San Antonio Homeless Woman Found Dead Appeared Beaten: Report
The woman was found dead on Sunday morning in a parking lot on the 100 block of West Travis Street, a local media outlet reported.

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A homeless woman who appeared to have been beaten was found dead outside an apartment complex in downtown San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Express-News. The body was found on Sunday morning in a parking lot on the 100 block of West Travis Street.
Police were alerted to the body around 10 a.m., city Police Chief William McManus told the news outlet. The woman appeared to have have suffered blunt force trauma, he said.
Her death was "probably a homicide," he said. McManus called her death "a violent act."
