Motorcyclist Dies In South Austin Collision With Car
Man in his 30s was transported to hospital where he later died while his passenger, a woman in her 20s, suffers life-threatening injuries.
SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A motorcyclist died in a Monday afternoon crash with a car in South Austin.
The incident occurred just before 4 p.m. along the 500 block of East Oltorf Street, just east of South Congress Avenue. The crash victim, a man in his 30s was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Medics said his passenger, a woman in her 20s, sustained life-threatening injuries.
Motorists experienced considerable delays as police investigated and the roadway was cleared.
