Houston's Friday Night Football: Week 7 Scores And Highlights

It's week seven of the High School Football Season and there are a number of local schools who have their eye on a district title. In Friday night football action Magnolia rolled to a big win defeating Willis 70-15, and Manvel blanked the Milby Buffs 77-0. The Tomball Cougars also won big at home defeating Waller 53-16.
The defending state 6-A champion Cy-Fair Bobcats fell for the second week in a row in a district game, losing a close on to the Jersey Village Falcons 24-23, while the Summer Creek Bulldogs defeated district rival Humble 40-21.
In other games, Baytown Christian defeated High Island 47-0, and the Pearland Oilers blanked the Alief Elsik Rams 52-0. Deer Park fell to North Shore on the road losing 75-13, and Legacy Prep shut out Legacy Christian 56-0.

George Ranch won a close one Friday, defeating Alief Taylor 18-14, while Aldine fell to MacAurthur 25-23.

There are several early games on Saturday with Kempner playing at Elkins, Dickinson playing at Clear Falls, and Ridge Point taking on George Bush. All those have a 1 p.m. start time. Late Saturday games include Atascocita playing at Pasadena at 6 p.m. and Cy-Ridge and Cy-Creek squaring off at 7 p.m.
