Police Arrest 2, Close Massage Parlor After Undercover Sting
Deputy Constables arrested Xingcui Zhai and Chunping Gu, and closed the Top Care Foot Reflexology Spa during a prostitution sting on May 1.

SPRING, TX -- Two women were charged with prostitution after they allegedly offered to have sex with undercover deputy constables in exchange for money. Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman said his office was conducting an investigation of alleged prostitution activity at the Top Care Foot Reflexology Spa.
The undercover deputies posed as customers, and went into the spa in the 11900 block of Jones Road in Spring on May 1.
While they were inside, two employees, identified as Xingcui Zhai and Chunping Gu, offered to perform sex acts on the deputies in exchange for money, according to a press release from Herman's office.

Zhai and Gu were both arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Prostitution. Zhai received a $100 bond out of County Court 14 and Gu received a $500 bond out of County Court 11 based on two previous prostitution arrests, Herman said.
