Spring Mom Accused Of Driving Drunk With Child, 3, Police Said
Abby Danielle Trace, 30, was arrested the day after her birthday after she was accused of driving drunk with her child in the car.
SPRING, TX — Abby Danielle Trace, 30, was arrested on Sunday after she was accused of driving drunk with her 3-year-old child in the car.
Trace was pulled over on Sunday in the 7200 block of Oakwood Glen Blvd in Spring by a deputy constable who was on routine patrol.
According to the deputy constable's report, Trace seemed to be intoxicated when he spoke with her. Trace, who had her child in the car with her, was asked to step out of the car and was given a field sobriety test.

Trace was unable to pass the field sobriety test, and was placed under arrest. The deputy was able to call a family member to the scene and release the child.
Trace was booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 15 years of age.

Her bond was set at $1,000.00 out of the 179th District Court.
