Students at Xplor® Preschool & School Age Care Plant Vegetables

In celebration of Earth Day, students used recycled cans and sprouting vegetables to plant a garden throughout the schoolyard.

Students at Xplor Preschool & School Age Care on Rhodes Road in Spring recently planted vegetables throughout the schoolyard in celebration of Earth Day. Using vegetables that were starting to sprout, students planted radishes, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, pumpkins, lettuce and snap peas in recycled cans around the garden. Throughout the spring, the students will continue to care for the garden as the vegetables grow. Xplor teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at a young age.
