Xplor® Preschool & School Age Care Hosts Recycled Fashion Show

In celebration of Earth Day, students modeled outfits made from recycled materials during a special fashion show.

Students at Xplor Preschool & School Age Care on West Rayford Road in Spring recently hosted a recycled fashion show in celebration of Earth Day. Students created outfits with recycled materials, including paper bags, plastic bags, newspapers and more, and modeled their creations by walking down a runway during the fashion show. As part of the recycling festivities, the school also partnered with Waste Management to host a special recycling pick up, where students and the community could conveniently drop off their recyclable items throughout the day. Leading up to Earth Day, students learned about the importance of recycling and caring for the environment.
