SUGAR LAND, TX— What's on your Christmas menu?

If you have spent more time buying stuff to wrap and put under your tree, and hardly concentrated on the Christmas dinner menu, then you could be in a real jam.

Maybe you are a traditionalist and prefer ham or turkey, or maybe you are leaning to preparing a goose or english roast.

Bacon and Broccoli Salad: You'll want to serve this family-friendly side dish year-round. The broccoli gets a big-time flavor boost from bacon, toasted pecans, dried berries and a mayo dressing

Herb Crusted Prime Rib: A holiday favorite for a lot of families, and it doesn’t take long to prepare.

Holiday Crown Pork Roast: This beats ham and turkey hands down.

Christmas Cauliflower Casserole: This creamy casserole is filled with tender cauliflower and topped with a sprinkling of crispy herb stuffing.

Christmas Tortellini Soup: Who doesn’t love tortellini, with spinach and that creamy broth. Where’s my nap?

Traditional Holiday Stuffing: If you don’t have a family recipe, this one here will do the trick.

Pomegranate Glazed Green Beans: You know this just sounds good.

Cranberry Salad: This is similar to the recipe passed down over six generations in my family.

Eggnog Sweet Potato Bake: This is one we gotta try.

Pecan Pie: If you’re in Texas, you cannot go wrong with pecan pie (pronounced puh-con), like ever.
