Sugar Land, TX – Sugar Land detectives are looking for a man seen on surveillance video burglarizing a business along U.S. Highway 59.
Police responded to a criminal trespass on April 15 at the Center for Women`s Health, 7619 Branford Place. A man cleaning an office said he heard a scratching sound at one of the doors. He said the door suddenly opened, and a man entered the office holding two large screwdrivers. He was last seen running away.Â

He described the intruder as a frail-looking white or Hispanic man in his 50s or 60s. He was wearing blue jeans, a hat and possibly a light blue shirt. He spoke in broken English, had some stubble and was not clean shaven.Â
Detectives later located video of the man. Police believe the suspect was also involved in similar crimes dating back to December. The man often wears a fedora style hat and enters the businesses while the cleaning crews are still working during the evening. Other related cases include the following:
