Elderly Man Carjacked at Richmond Library

An elderly man was carjacked in the parking lot of the George Memorial Library in Richmond.

RICHMOND, TX — A tall black man with an orange mohawk allegedly carjacked an elderly man outside of the George Memorial Library in Richmond.

The suspect allegedly pulled the victim out of a 2008 white Toyota Prius and drove off. The victim suffered minor injuries during the carjacking, he was treated and released from Oak Bend Hospital.

In addition to the orange mohawk, the suspect is described as wearing a black jacket/white t-shirt combo and a wristband from either jail or an area hospital.
