From the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce: The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Education Division will host The Power of Leveraging Diversity for Business Outcomes on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce sponsored by HR in Alignment.
The demographics in the workplace are changing offering a strategic opportunity for organizations to leverage the strength of Diversity and Inclusion through strategic planning and execution. By understanding these shifts in demographics and their implications to the bottom-line, organizations can align their efforts realizing the value of these intangible assets as they lead to tangible business outcomes. Event speakers include, Rehan Alimohammad, Wong Fleming; Michael J. Dobert, HR in Alignment, LLC; and Marguerite Williams, Wells Fargo.
Rehan Alimohammad is Partner in charge of all Immigration and Tax Matters for Wong Fleming in their Texas office. He is a Minority Director for the State Bar of Texas and was elected in June as the first Asian ever to be Chair of the Board for the State Bar of Texas.
