Fort Bend Chamber Hosts 10th Annual State of the Schools

The luncheon brings together Superintendents of schools to address issues and share successes in public education in 2017.

SUGAR LAND, TX — The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Education Division will host the 10th Annual State of the Schools, on Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Safari Texas Ranch, 11627 FM 1464, Richmond, TX 77407.

The State of the Schools luncheon brings together the Superintendent of Schools from Stafford Municipal School District – Dr. Robert Bostic, Lamar Consolidated School District – Dr. Thomas Randle, and Fort Bend Independent School District – Dr. Charles Dupre, to address issues and share successes in public education in 2017.

This luncheon is celebrating its 10th year and will be sure to bring about excitement, diversity, and involvement from the students in Fort Bend County.

The Education Division of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce is under the leadership of Chairman, Jim Rice, Rice & Gardner.

The mission of the Education Division is to provide a critical link between the academic and business sectors in the county by engaging community leaders to build awareness of the positive impact of education.
