Fort Bend Hosts Regional Infrastructure Conference On June 22
The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce will host The Fort Bend Infrastructure Conference.

From the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce: The Fort Bend Infrastructure Conference will be presented by the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 22nd. This half-day conference will take place from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm at Safari Texas Ranch, Richmond, TX.
The Fort Bend Regional Infrastructure Conference is a comprehensive series of presentations from experts in water, development, transportation, and public policy. The education and promotion of developments in infrastructure is an essential tool for business and economic growth. The conference promises to be information packed and a results oriented meeting of experts in various fields in infrastructure:
- “Fort Bend Toll Road Authority History and Future” with Bill Jameson and Mike Stone
- “Legislative Notes” from Fort Bend County Judge Robert Hebert
- County Precinct and Mobility Bond Updates with Fort Bend County Commissioners: Vincent Morales, Precinct 1, Grady Prestage, Precinct 2, Andy Meyers, Precinct, and James Patterson, Precinct 4.
- “Strategies to Improve Drainage and Reduce the Risk of Flooding” with Stephen Costello, City of Houston Chief Resilience Officer
- Keynote Speaker: Mike Inslemann, Founder of Housing Consulting Firm Metrostudy
- Optional Engineering Ethics session
Presenting sponsor is Dannenbaum Engineering, breakfast Sponsor is Sprint Waste Services and the luncheon sponsor is HCSS. The event is underwritten by S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Event Underwriter includes eight full day conference registration and reserved table for eight at the keynote luncheon for $2,000. Corporate includes four full day conference registrations and keynote luncheon for $1,000. Individual Member Reservation (Fort Bend or Central Fort Bend Chamber) available for $100 | Individual Prospective Member Reservation available for $150.
