Fort Bend ISD Starting Meal Program Registration
Fort Bend ISD will begin registering students for the free and reduced lunch program.

SUGAR LAND, TX — Fort Bend ISD will begin registering students for the free and reduced lunch program on Monday, Aug. 8. Registration will continue through Oct. 6.
Families are encouraged to complete the application online. Unlike previous years, the district will not be sending out printed applications this year. The application can be found here.

The district is providing parents with computer access at all campuses throughout the district as well as at the Child Nutrition Department, 555 Julie Rivers Rd., in Sugar Land.
If the application can not be completed online, a printed copy can be picked up from a student's home campus.

All families seeking assistance, even those currently receiving another form of nutritional assistance — such as SNAP or TANF, must apply for meal service.
To apply families will need the following information:
- Student’s legal name (first and last), birth date, and assigned ID number (if known)
- Student’s school name
- All household gross income and/or SNAP (formerly food stamps) or TANF eligibility determination group number EDG# (not Case #)
- Last four digits of the parent’s/guardian’s social security number
