Houston Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land is offering low cost physicals for student athletes.
SUGAR LAND, TX — Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital is offering parents a chance to get low cost physicals for their student athletes.
The screenings will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on July 30 at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hosptial, 16655 Southwest Freeway. The physicals cost $20, cash only.

The screenings are open to students 12-18 years-of-age and are required to participate in school sponsored athletics.
Should a doctor detect something, orthopedic, sports medicine and cardiology specialists will be on-site to provide additional clearance.

Students are required to bring a UIL physical evaluation medical history form and a consent to treat form, signed by a parent or guardian.
