Richmond Hires Anthony Pryor As Emergency Management Coordinator
Anthony Pryor has 18-years experience in the fire service and emergency service, and was a member of Leander's Fire Marshal's Office.

RICHMOND, TX — The City of Richmond announced Wednesday that former Leander Fire Captain Anthony Pryor as the city's new emergency management coordinator. Pryor, who has 18-years experience in the fire service and emergency service, was a member of Leander's Fire Marshal's Office, and previously served with the Fort Bend County Fire Marshal’s Office as Deputy Chief of Special Operations.
"I am excited to serve in the community I live in and look forward to applying my knowledge and skill in Richmond Texas," he said.
Pryor, who holds a Bachelor of Emergency Management Administration degree from West Texas A & M and an Associate of Fire Protection Technology from Austin Community College, has also served in the City of Victoria Fire Marshal’s Office, Manor Fire Department and Travis County ESD

Pryor holds numerous professional certifications, such as certification as a Master Firefighter, Master Arson Investigator, Master Fire Inspector, Fire Officer II, Fire Instructor II, Hazmat Technician, Hazardous Materials Incident Commander, as well as a variety of safety education certifications.
