Police said a Fort Bend County woman was shot after leading deputies on a high speed chase and ramming a patrol car while trying to escape.

RICHMOND, TX — A woman was shot and wounded Sunday night after she hit a patrol car and tried to run over a sheriff’s deputy during a high-speed chase. Deputies were called to a home in Booth, Texas at about 10:20 p.m. for an aggravated assault.
