See Inside 'Fixer Upper' Hosts' First Flip Since Show Ended

Chip and Joanna Gaines have done something amazing with a house near Waco, Texas, in their first flip since "Fixer Upper" ended.

WOODBURY, TX — The hit HGTV show “Fixer Upper” has ended after five seasons, but one of the houses Chip and Joanna Gaines have since transformed is on the market in Woodbury, Texas, just outside of Waco. It lists for $359,000 in a listing by Patch’s real-estate partner realtor.com.

Fans of the show will find the same Joanna-inspired details at 10015 Sandalwood Drive at a price they may be able to afford. Many of the “Fixer Upper” properties listed for far more. Think about the tiny house the Gaineses bought in Waco for $28,000 and then listed for $1.2 million.

Incidentally, the one-bedroom shotgun house didn’t sell, and is now offered as a short-term rental house.

Joanna’s design chops shine from the built-in breakfast area to the stunning master bath tile. Both bathrooms went through a complete remodel, new flooring has been added throughout and the appliance are all new.
