Black Friday 2018: Retailers Offering Sweet Christmas Deals
The sales tags are out and retailers are poised to open for Christmas shopping on Thanksgiving Day.

HOUSTON — On a day reserved for giving thanks for a fruitful year, retailers are hoping Americans are longing for a little more when the open their doors to Black Friday shoppers to start the Christmas season.
Retailers are gearing up for Black Friday and the Christmas shopping season with many poised to open their doors late on Thanksgiving Day.
Stores who are hoping to reap the benefits of one of the strongest economies in years will kick off the Christmas shopping season while many are still snoozing after a day of eating Thanksgiving turkey.

Retailers who will open late on Thanksgiving Day include:

- Macy’s …………………………...5 p.m.
- Sears……………………………...6 p.m.

Several retailers will open early Thursday morning, a day ahead of traditional Black Friday shopping. The stores that plan to open before noon on Thursday include Walgreen’s, Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, Big Lots, and Dollar General.
