Montgomery County Republican Women Trying to Unite Republicans

THE WOODLANDS, TX — In an effort to tone down the rhetoric and help shift the thinking to a general election campaign, the Montgomery County Republican Women will host a party unity event.

The dinner will be held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 25 at River Plantation Country Club, 550 Country Club Dr., in Conroe. The event, titled Uniting the Republicans, will be moderated by Republican Party National Committeewoman Toni Anne Dashiell.

Justice Leanne Johnson of Texas' Ninth District Court of Appeals, Republican candidate for Montgomery County Sheriff Rand Henderson and Montgomery County Republican Party Chair Wally Wilkerson are among the people slotted to speak at the event.
